Due to the intricate handmade nature of my jewelry this is my current processing time.
Jewelry that is ready to ship will do so within 5-7 business days of purchase. Items that are READY TO SHIP will say so in the ITEMS DESCRIPTION.
Any item that is made to order will say such in the items description. All made to order earrings will have a 12-15 business day production time due to demand and intricacy. PLEASE read the items description as productions times may vary. I am a one woman show, I intentionally make every detail of my jewelry and offer made to order to eliminate waste but also ensure everyone who desires a pair is able to get them! Life does happen and out of respect for my family and my customers this time frame is what I stand by.
SHIPPING TIMES
once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking number according to the service YOU chose at checkout.
I do offer multiple shipping services from USPS to UPS. First class to overnight.
First Class- delivered within the US in 3-5 business days. (While the USPS delays are happening and not all USPS operate the same)
Priority: delivered within 2-4 business days. (It’s usually 2-3 days)
Shipping is all handled by our carriers. I cannot see in their system and can only see what you see. Once your items have shipped, please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volumes as well.
Please note by choosing Priority shipping it will NOT affect processing time. The order processing time frame still applies to your order.
I cannot refund your order or shipping costs due to lack of understanding of the above mentioned re: expedited shipping.
If you ordered a made to order item and your label was created but the item has not shipped yet, please give until the END OF PROCESSING for your tracking to update. Labels are sometimes printed in batches to save time on our end.
L O S T / S T O L E N P A C K A G E S
once your package leaves my studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service.
if your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package ONLY if you purchased priority shipping, first class shipping may be cost efficient but it does not come with insurance and you CANNOT file a claim only a complaint.
In the case that your USPS or UPS package has been in "Pre-shipment"/"Label Created"/"Shipment Ready for UPS" status and it has not been updated within 72 hours of your label being created, we will need wait at least 2 WEEKS (for domestic orders) for the package to be found or a status to be confirmed (i.e. lost indefinitely) before we can take further action to resolve the issue on our end which will be handled on a case to case basis. This is due to the mishandling of packages (regardless of the carrier OR the shipping method chosen) and has zero reflection on this business as we drop packages off/ have them picked up and trust carriers will handle your goods with care. We hope you extend grace to both our business and the carriers helping us bring you your special goods.
Overseas shipping including Canada may have longer shipping times. We cannot guarantee the shipping time frame as customs is involved and things may take longer.
About my earrings:
*Please know before buying* all my earrings are hand made, from scratch. Slight imperfections are expected. I will never send out a product that is not up to my standards.
If anything happens to your earrings upon arrival please notify us immediately. We ask that you let us know within 5 business days of arrival after that we cannot be confident that this error in fact happened in transit. If a repair or replacement needs to take place, once the original is received please give up to 5 business days for the replacement to be remade and shipped out.
We pride ourselves in making accessories that will last years to come. We know things can happen especially with handmade items and if something you purchased breaks please email us and we will assess how to move forward. Repairs for items that broke at NO FAULT to the customer within 30 days of receiving will be repaired/replaced at no cost. Anything after 30 days will be reviewed on a case to case basis and the customer must pay shipping for the return of the item in need of repair/replacement.
With custom pieces no returns are accepted. If you return an item for a reason agreed upon by both parties, only a refund for the item will be issued once the item(s) are received.
